Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will send a replacement.
If there is a spelling error in your personalized message—even if it was not caught before printing—we will gladly send a corrected replacement. Simply email us and we will take care of it.
A return is not required.
Clothing Size Exchanges
If you receive a clothing item that does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size. Please contact us by email, and we will send the correct size along with a prepaid return envelope for the original item.
